ONE Finance program was a cornerstone of Telia’s transformation journey, designed to simplify, digitize, and future-proof the Finance function. Launched in 2020, the program established a unified financial platform built on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud—creating one source of truth with real-time, transparent data.
Beyond technology, ONE Finance reshaped processes, governance, and the operating model, strengthened performance management, and enabled true business partnering through driver-based planning and connected reporting. Over the upcoming years, the program modernized core finance operations, improved accountability, reduced complexity, and laid the foundation for a data-driven, agile Finance organization ready to support Telia’s strategic ambitions.
