What do we do?

On 1 February 2017 when Teo, the fixed communications leader in Lithuania, merged with the mobile operator Omnitel and the data centres business leader Baltic Data Center, we became the first single-source provider of integrated fixed and mobile communications and IT services – Telia Lietuva. Telia, in short.

In mid-2020, the contact centres team in charge of servicing Telia customers was integrated into Telia: the subsidiary Telia Customer Service LT became a part of Telia Lietuva.

Our customers are people, businesses, state authorities and other organisations. We offer them the widest range of communications and IT services – everything they need for quality communication, fun leisure time, learning and exploring, effective work, safe and secure activities, and ambitious business.



Quality is key for us, therefore we follow the best international practices and hold certification confirming our top-quality services:

We have ambitious goals for sustainable activity, therefore we also hold certificates in:

  • • environmental management (ISO 14001);
  • • work safety and health management (ISO 45001).


We are a part of „Telia Company“ Group operating in seven Nordic and Baltic countries. Telia Lietuva is also present in capital markets – shares of the company have been listed on „Nasdaq Vilnius“ stock exchange since 2000.

Together with other Lithuanian operators Bitė Lietuva and Tele2, we established not-for-profit organisation VšĮ Numerio Perkėlimas, which, along with the company Mediafon, has been administering the central database for ensuring the portability of telephone numbers in Lithuania since 2016 (Telia Lietuva holds a 50% stake of its shares and the other two founders hold 25% stakes each).
