Ericsson Order Care (EOC) is a centralized order management system that orchestrates order capture and fulfillment by automating workflows and coordinating activities across services, systems, and teams. It powers real-time order processing, validation, decomposition, routing, and status tracking.
As a Java Back-End Developer, you will contribute to the development of key components – from API integrations, data flows, and BPMN logic to real-time service activation algorithms. Your code will shape critical processes that directly impact millions of Telia Group customers across the Nordic and Baltic region.

Work with Ericsson Adaptive Inventory
Alongside Order Care, you’ll work with Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI) – a next-generation service and resource inventory platform. EAI gives a real-time view of Telia’s networks across physical, virtual, and logical layers, enabling automation, capacity forecasting, and digital twin simulations. For developers, this means contributing to network lifecycle management, advanced planning, and integration with multi-vendor, multi-technology environments. By building scalable code and APIs for EAI, you’ll support faster rollouts, better resource utilization, and superior customer experiences across the Nordics and Baltics.
About the team and our journey
By joining us, you’ll become part of Telia’s Competence Center in Vilnius, developing and maintaining Common Service Order Management (SOM) and Inventory solutions. These platforms are the backbone of Telia’s infrastructure, orchestrating service activation for mobile and fixed networks in Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, and Estonia.
